As part of the Mission Senior Living family, we believe true senior living comes from people who lead with heart, compassion, and a desire to serve. Mission Senior Living created the Team Member Relief Fund in 2019 to offer meaningful help when life takes an unexpected turn. Supported by voluntary contributions from team members and leaders, the fund has distributed more than $144,000 to assist over 2,200 employees facing personal hardships, such as medical emergencies or urgent home repairs. Team members also have access to the MVP Action Fund, which provides $50 they can use in any way that brightens a resident’s day. From small surprises to thoughtful gestures, these acts of kindness reflect the heart of Mesa Verde, where caring for others is more than a job, it’s a shared purpose.
